Returns & Refunds


Needles, crochet hooks, patterns (including downloaded digital products), books, sale yarn, & wound yarn, kits, special orders:   FINAL SALE

All other items are EXCHANGE /STORE CREDIT ONLY and must be unopened and in saleable condition ( no smoke and / or pet hair or smell) and within 30 days of purchase  

Store Credit Issuance

  • Store credit is issued after inspection of approved returns
  • Store credit does not include original or return shipping costs
  • Store credit does not expire
  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash

Gift cards/certificates 
Shipping charges

Any Approved refunds may be subject to a 20% processing fee to cover non-recoverable transaction costs.

If you are unable to exchange your product in store, you may select your own shipper/courier to purchase your choice of mail service.

In your parcel, please include a note with your reason for exchange, as well as your packing slip (if possible) or your order number

You are responsible for your own shipping costs for exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.

Please note, however, that if you live outside of Canada and we are charged customs/duties to accept the return, that amount will be taken off of your total credit.

Orders refused at delivery or returned to sender are not considered approved returns. If reshipment is requested, additional shipping charges will apply.


Defective Items


In case of a defective product, an exchange will be sent for an equivalent product or, if unavailable, a credit will be issued for your next purchases, or a refund will be processed to your account if approved.

 

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before a tracking number has been issued.

Once a tracking number has been issued, the order is considered processed and cannot be cancelled.

Local pickup orders follow the same cancellation rules as shipped orders.
